Brisbane’s accommodation landscape has been shaken up with the opening of Queen’s Wharf Residences, a collection of more than 200 contemporary apartments by Minor Hotels.
Located in the tallest tower of the city’s new Queen’s Wharf precinct, Minor’s 12th Brisbane hotel blends modern living with premium amenities for both leisure and business travellers.
“As Brisbane’s skyline rises and visitor numbers soar, Queen’s Wharf Residences offers more than just a place to stay – it’s part of a broader vision for how the city is growing,” Minor Hotels Australasia Chief Operating Officer Craig Hooley said.
“Developments like Queen’s Wharf are designed to bring people together, blending leisure, business, and culture in one destination.”
The residences are made up of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, each designed with open-plan layouts, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and private balconies offering sweeping views of the Brisbane River, Botanic Gardens, and the city skyline.

Features include a wine lounge, lap pool, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, and yoga spaces. In-room essentials are provided by Elysia Wellness Retreat, made in Australia with natural ingredients and essential oils.
The location places guests in easy reach of world-class dining, with restaurants such as HUĀ for modern Chinese cuisine, Black Hide Steak & Seafood, and Sokyo’s innovative Japanese fare.
This aligns with the hotel’s guest-centric approach, according to General Manager Yun Bai.
“We’ve created Queen’s Wharf Residences with our guests front of mind, giving them the best of both worlds – the buzz of the precinct at their doorstep, and a modern, fully-equipped retreat to call their own when it’s time to unwind,” she said.
Rates start from AUD$349, with bookings now open for stays.
