Start up global travel company, Adamaz Travel, has appointed entrepreneur and seasoned CEO, Greg McCarthy to join Ben Ross as Founder and CO-CEO of the entity.
As revealed exclusively by LATTE last month, Adamaz Travel was founded by Ben Ross (Founder and former CEO of 1000 Mile Travel Group) earlier this year was built to bridge a gap in the global travel landscape by helping small to medium sized travel agencies with options and succession plans via acquisition.
McCarthy is the former CEO of CTM. His departure from CTM was announced in March (effective 30 June 2025). McCarthy brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Adamaz Travel. His proven ability to navigate the evolving travel landscape, coupled with his passion for empowering travel agencies, makes him an ideal partner for Ross, also Founder and co-CEO. Their connection began several years ago when CTM acquired Tramada, and subsequently Ross’s business 1000 Mile Travel Group. Since then, a strong relationship has ensued, culminating in this strategic partnership.

Based in Sydney, Australia, McCarthy will work closely with Ross the global strategic direction of Adamaz Travel’s operations, focusing on strategic growth, business development, and client relations. McCarthy will collaborate closely with Ross, who will continue to drive the company’s operations from Denver, Colorado, ensuring a unified global approach.
