Leading sales efforts across ANZ is Amber Wilson (Director of Sales), working alongside Gareth Coakley and Kirsty Fruin (Key Account Managers) to provide strategic, relationship-led support to travel partners. The team is focused on unlocking opportunities through partnership, product knowledge, and tailored sales engagement—ensuring HX remains a trusted expedition cruise partner in market.
Marketing is led by Shannon Davis (Senior Marketing Manager), supported by Jemma Gormack (Marketing Executive). Together, they drive brand presence across trade and consumer channels in ANZ, working closely with partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets, content, and campaign activity. From co-branded initiatives to promotional support, the marketing team is here to inspire demand and support conversion.

The dedicated Guest Excellence (GX) team – Morgan, Ronnie, Laura, Lu, and Jen – based in Melbourne, expertly handles both sales and service calls for the region Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm AEST. Known for their deep product knowledge and friendly, approachable manner, they provide efficient and personalised support with minimal wait times, ensuring a seamless booking experience at every stage.
