Enticing incentives for travel advisors and a range of benefits for guests are on offer as part of Swan Hellenic‘s new group travel program, with the initiative designed to help agents grow their business while delivering value for group travellers.
The new Group Travel Program is available now for all voyages from 2025 to 2027, with groups starting at just eight guests. Agents will receive additional commission of 2% to 4%, with no initial deposit required to hold space. A reduced tour leader threshold and full support from Business Development Managers are also on offer.
Each vessel accommodates just 152 or 192 guests, making them ideal for custom events and meaningful shared experiences, according to the cruise line.
“Our new Group Travel Program is designed to be simple, flexible and rewarding for travel agents, while delivering the extraordinary experiences and enhancing the value for which Swan Hellenic is famous,” said Carlos Garzon, Vice President of Global Sales. “This is about giving our partners the tools they need to create something truly memorable for their clients.”

Guests receive a comprehensive package with all meals, most drinks, tips, Wi-Fi and excursions included. Many sailings offer group return transfers and pre-cruise hotel stays. Flexible amenity points allow for add-ons like onboard credit, premium gifts and private events.
A variety of customisation options are also available in addition to Swan Hellenic’s signature offering. These include special dinners, cocktail receptions and curated private group excursions.
