Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, a luxury wellness resort on northern Italy’s Lake Garda, has introduced a new category of accommodation: fully serviced villas, touted as a first for Lake Garda.
Now open for bookings, the five villas— set high above the lake in the resort’s 27-acre natural park—offer a private and personalized experience for guests wanting more space and seclusion. The Sky Pool Villas are available in two-bedroom (300 square metres), three-bedroom (470 square metres) and penthouse configurations (550 square metres). Each is also complete with a:
- Private spa, housing a ‘biosauna’ and a dedicated treatment area with a massage bed
- Heated infinity pool, starting at 24 square metres and offering views overlooking Lake Garda

Perched on the hillside above Gargnano, the villas have floor-to-ceiling windows, open-concept living spaces and more. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Interiors incorporate local wood, natural stone and Italian-made fabrics.
Guests of the Sky Pool Villas also have access to the resort’s 4,275-square-metre Lefay SPA and its multiple pools, saunas, fitness zones and wellness program, as well as the resort’s wellness-focused Mediterranean.
