The latest addition to Istanbul’s luxury hotel roster has made its debut with the soft opening of Aliée Istanbul. Located on the city’s iconic Golden Horn, the property—a member of the Paris Society Collection—will make its full debut in September.
In short, guests can expect 122 uniquely designed rooms and suites, six culinary experiences—including Taste by three-Michelin-star chef Thomas Bühner—and a holistic wellness concept Well+.
Housing the accommodations are the centuries-old Casthouse, home to elegant suites; the Atelier Building, which offers contemporary interconnecting suites; the Foundry, which has 10 distinctive suites with arched windows and views over the Tersane Gardens and old town.

All accommodations include access to the hotel’s shorefront Swim Club. Here, guests can expect “the vintage charm of a retro country club with 21st century comforts.” To that point, Aliée’s Swim Club offers a shorefront lagoon pool and Olympic lap pool, while the surrounding lawns host activities like sunrise yoga and meditative sound baths.
Wellness Rooted in Turkish Tradition
Spanning 4,000 square metres, Aliée Well+ is touted as “one of the region’s most forward-thinking wellness destinations.” Among the facilities are marble hammams and an indoor pool that sits alongside areas dedicated to contrast therapy, including a Russian-style banya, traditional saunas and cold plunges. Advanced treatments such as cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and infrared saunas are also available.

At the Longevity Clinic, guests partake in a personalised health journey guided by a team of specialists. Using in-depth diagnostics—from genetic and epigenetic screening to cardiovascular, gut, skin and microbiome analysis—bespoke programmes are designed to restore and energise and extend wellbeing beyond the duration of a stay.
Culinary Experiences
Aliée Istanbul upon fully opening will offer six restaurants and bars that honour the city’s culinary traditions as well as international cuisine.
At Taste, three-Michelin-starred Thomas Bühner blends East and West in an open-kitchen setting. Alternatively, Mondaine de Pariso Istanbul intends to evoke the charm of 19th-century Parisian nights with a dinner-and-show experience.

Little House serves seasonal, farm-to-table fare from morning to midnight. Adjacent, Hasbahçe invites guests to dine al fresco on Neapolitan pizza with a Turkish twist—cooked in an artisanal copper oven amid a private garden overlooking the Golden Horn.
Additional dining experiences are available at Aliée Swim Club and Well+ Lounge.
