Azamara has announced a slate of food-focused itineraries for late 2025 through early 2026, combining chef-led programs onboard with local tastings ashore in order to highlight the authentic flavors of the world’s most vibrant regions.

The small ship cruise line’s approach blends its signature Destination Immersion programming with regionally inspired menus, wine pairings, and onboard demonstrations.

Beyond the ship, Azamara’s smaller vessel size allows it to dock closer to city centres, giving passengers unique access to culinary culture. “From bustling markets to family-run bistros and off-the-beaten-path food tours, Azamara’s thoughtfully curated foodie port access invites guests to savor the true flavors and vibrant culture of each city they visit,” the cruise line said.

Highlighted destinations include St. Maarten, Martinique, Hobart, Dunedin, Tokyo, and Busan — each offering distinct gastronomic experiences from beach barbecues to kaiseki dining and sake tastings.

Three itineraries stand out for their extensive culinary offerings: Lisbon to Miami, 17-30 November 2025 aboard Azamara Onward, featuring Portuguese and Moroccan cooking demonstrations, regional street food festivals on deck, and a lively Latin American destination showcase; Port Louis to Singapore, 28 Nov-14 Dec 2025 aboard Azamara Pursuit, featuring a Sri Lankan culinary presentation, Indonesian and Singaporean cooking demos, a locally-inspired street food festival at sea, and a hands-on sushi-making class; and Singapore to Melbourne, 14 Dec 2025–4 Jan 2026 aboard Azamara Pursuit, featuring Singaporean, Balinese, and Australian cooking demonstrations, along with a hands-on sushi making class and an on-deck street food festival.

“Every moment is designed to deepen the connection to culture and cuisine,” the cruise line said, “making each journey not only delicious but truly immersive and unforgettable.”
