Private membership group, Exclusive Resorts, has entered into a strategic partnership to drive the growth and expansion of Accor’s private homes business unit, Onefinestay.

Accor acquired Onefinestay in 2016. This new arrangement signed this week with Exclusive Resorts sees Accor remain the majority stake holder of the business, while leveraging the strengths and expertise of Exclusive Resorts in the evolving luxury travel market, while providing new benefits to members.

Exclusive Resorts provides its members with access to more than 400

private residences globally, and the alliance with Onefinestay bolsters the club’s global reach by providing members access to more than 5,000 luxury properties in destinations around the world.

This partnership enables Exclusive Resorts members access to a curated selection of Onefinestay’s luxury homes, villas and chalets, which feature high-end hotel-style services, including a concierge and housekeeping. Reciprocally, Onefinestay will obtain access to Exclusive Resorts’ affluent member base, extending its access to a new market of discerning travellers seeking high-end holiday experiences.

As the majority stakeholder, Accor will continue to oversee the brands operations, concurrently leveraging the strengths and expertise of Exclusive Resorts in managing luxury travel memberships. While both Exclusive Resorts and Onefinestay continue to evolve, travellers can expect an increased array of new offerings in the luxury holiday rental space.

In a statement, the Accor owned brand said: “As we celebrate 15 years since our first booking, this partnership signals a new chapter rooted in growth, operational excellence, and a continued focus on elevating the guest experience.

“Exclusive shares many of our values and takes a service-first approach to offering privacy, space, and flexibility. By bringing the best of our companies together we’ll continue to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality — defined by personalisation, cultural immersion, and community.”

“This doesn’t change anything about how we work together or the day-to-day running of our business. Exclusive brings a wealth of experience which we hope to leverage. We’ll also continue to benefit from Accor’s global platform and brand strength,” Onefinestay added.
