The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection hosted an intimate masterclass with world-renowned Chef Tony Tan in Melbourne on Tuesday.
Guests were warmly welcomed with champagne -mirroring the signature elegance of a Ritz-Carlton Yacht experience, before donning aprons for a hands-on culinary journey.
The session featured closely guarded recipes, including Tony’s mother’s famous roast chicken, while the group learnt the art of dumpling – making, interwoven with personal stories from Tony and rich cultural heritage.
This bespoke culinary event set the stage for the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s third yacht – Luminara, which will feature world class dining and introduce Asian voyages for its inaugural 2025 and 2026 seasons.
