A Packed Agenda for Growth and Connection

Set in a luxurious tropical setting, the event will feature a dynamic lineup of professional development sessions, supplier presentations, and networking opportunities designed to enhance the expertise of 1000MTG Travel Advisors.

A highlight of the conference is the keynote address by renowned industry leader and author of 10X My Travel Business, Geraldine Ree, who will offer invaluable insights at both a keynote and workshop on how to build a thriving travel business while embracing innovation and purpose.

“The opportunity to learn from an industry visionary like Geraldine Ree, coupled with the expertise of our valued supplier partners, makes this event a must-attend for our advisors,” said Christy Shafer, 1000MTG Senior Vice President and General Manager North America. “We are committed to providing the best possible tools and education to help our advisors continue growing and thriving.”The conference agenda is thoughtfully curated to deliver exceptional value, blending insightful education, dynamic networking opportunities, and thought-provoking panel discussions. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive resort site tour hosted by the prestigious Hyatt Inclusive Collection, kick off the event in style with a lively welcome cocktail reception, indulge in a themed exclusive dinner alongside key travel partners, and cap it all off with a memorable farewell celebration that leaves a lasting impression.

Select attendees will also immerse themselves in the Dominican Republic through a 3-night pre-famil at TRS Turquesa and a 2-night post-famil at Casa De Campo, providing firsthand insights and equipping advisors to become true destination specialists.

Making a Difference: Supporting children in the Dominican Republic

Beyond professional growth, 1000MTG is committed to giving back to the local community. This year’s conference will support children in need in the Dominican Republic with advisors bringing school supplies, backpacks, clothing, or new shoes for donation.

Leading the initiative is 1000MTG Travel Advisor Marcia Yallech, who has been involved with Dress A Girl Around the World for 10 years, and has coordinated a sewing drive, producing hundreds of handmade outfits for the children, which will be delivered to the Little Smiles Foundation during the conference.

“I have packed up around 200 hand-sewn dresses and shorts, hankies and hair ties in the hope that each child can have a piece of clothing that lets them know they matter,” said Yallech. “This is by far the largest donation I have ever traveled with, and I am honoured to be bringing it to the Dominican Republic on behalf of our travel advisor community.”
