Kensington Cruises has seen a strong start to the year, reporting “unprecedented growth” as it expands its focus on integrating land-based exploration with luxury cruising.

Year-on-year sales for the company, which pairs pre- and post-cruise land tours with small ship cruise partners, are up by 100%, with new partnerships including those with Windstar Cruises and Riverside Luxury Cruises. To cater to this growth, the team has also doubled in size.

In response to growing demand, Kensington Cruises now offers immersive pre- and post-cruise options and has also significantly expanded its range of shore excursions, which first launched in December 2023 with 165 ports and has now grown to 250 ports worldwide.

The company has also launched new itineraries in Australia and the South Pacific including an 11-day voyage through Tahiti and Bora Bora and a 20-day adventure in Australia and New Zealand.

“The extraordinary growth of Kensington Cruises is a testament to our commitment to redefining what luxury cruising can be,” Kensington Cruises Vice President Joelle Davis said.

“Our travellers want more than just a cruise—they want a journey that immerses them in the destination, both on and off the ship. By expanding our partnerships, shore excursions, and land experiences, we’re giving our clients more opportunities to explore the world in a way that’s uniquely personal to them.”

The trade has played a crucial role in achieving this performance, according to Kensington Cruises Vice President Agency Sales Marc Moore.

“The success and rapid growth of Kensington Cruises are a testament to the strength of our partnership with the travel advisor community,” he said.

“Their expertise, dedication, and deep client relationships have been instrumental in expanding our reach and delivering the highly personalised, seamless experiences that define Kensington. We remain committed to empowering advisors with the tools, support, and exclusive offerings they need to curate extraordinary journeys for their clients.”

Kensington is also offering an incentive program that underscores its commitment to fostering strong partnerships with advisors. For all new bookings made until 30 December 2025, advisors can earn Visa gift cards as a token of appreciation paid at the time of booking with rewards ranging from US$50 for bookings between US$7,500–US$9,999 to US$250 for bookings from US$50,000–US$99,999.
