Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises, has announced further changes regarding the leadership of Norwegian Cruise Line Holding’s two high-end cruise brands.
In a memo to trade partners, Montague confirmed Nathan Hickman is set to transition from his role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Oceania Cruises into a “broader role” as Chief Commercial Officer for the brand. Meanwhile, Wes D’Silva will take on greater responsibilities with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, promoted from SVP Revenue Management to Chief Commercial Officer.
In their expanded capacity, Hickman and D’Silva will report directly to Montague.
Steve Odell, who relocated from Sydney to Miami last year after returning to Regent in the role of SVP & Chief Sales Officer, will transition to the new role of SVP, International & Consumer Sales for both Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises. Odell knows both top-end cruise brands intimately in his former Australia-based positions with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

Oceania Cruises’ Vice President of International Sales, Jason Worth (lead image), will assume the the new role of Vice President, Brand Finance & Strategy, for both Oceania and Regent.
“Jason will be returning to South Florida after spending nine years based at our Sydney office location and I am thrilled to welcome him back to Miami,” Montague revealed.
Patricia Scheer, VP Guest Services for Regent will now lead the Global Guest Services and Guest Relations operations for both Regent and Oceania.
These changes align with Montague’s recent appointment of Brennan Quesnele from Norwegian Cruise Lines, to the role of SVP Sales & Trade Marketing for Oceania Cruises. Meanwhile, Shawn Tubman remains in his position as SVP Sales & Trade Marketing for Regent.

“With the much-anticipated debut of Oceania’s Allura in July and Seven Seas Prestige scheduled for launch in 2026, I am beyond excited to be on this journey with all of our Travel Partners across the globe and I look forward to all that’s ahead of us,” Montague concluded.
Last month, Montague confirmed Frank A. Del Rio would be standing down from his role as President of Oceania Cruises, which followed the surprise departure of brand veteran of 14 years, Nikki F. Upshaw in January as Senior Vice President of Global Sales.
