Kevin Fehling to join seven sailings aboard Hapag-Lloyd’s EUROPA

He will share his three-Michelin-starred culinary expertise with cruisers in 2025

Three-Michelin-starred chef Kevin Fehling will embark on a series of culinary journeys with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises in 2025, building on the success of his restaurant aboard EUROPA, The Globe.

Fehling, who began his career as sous-chef on the EUROPA, now oversees THE GLOBE, which is a tribute to global flavours. This year, he will join seven cruises throughout the year, offering guests an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy his culinary expertise. “I’m here to pamper the guests, train my team, and introduce new dishes,” he said.

These voyages will allow guests to experience his exceptional cuisine firsthand. Guests can look forward to a personal touch with welcome letters from Fehling himself, explaining the inspiration behind his menus on these seven upcoming voyages, which include a cruise from Funchal to Monte Carlo and another from Naples to Piraeus.

Fehling’s collaboration with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has created a one-of-a-kind dining experience aboard the EUROPA with The Globe receiving five black toques from Gault Millau 2025.
