Club Med has unveiled its first ever eLearning platform for the Pacific market, Club Med Academy, designed to help agents capitalise on rising travel demand.

Available from today, the platform is designed to empower travel agents across Australia by equipping them with the essential knowledge to effectively sell Club Med’s all-inclusive offerings.

Club Med Academy provides travel agents at all experience levels with a user-friendly platform packed with valuable resources. The platform features 11 comprehensive learning modules covering topics like Club Med’s all-inclusive products, its Exclusive Collection portfolio, and how to sell its ski products. Each module includes interactive quizzes to help agents test their knowledge.

Head of Sales for Club Med Pacific Lisa Bacon stressed the importance of this new initiative. “As the Club Med brand evolves, so too do the learning and sales opportunities available to our valued travel agent partners,” she said.

“At Club Med, we continuously refine our offerings to equip travel agents with the tools and knowledge they need to sell confidently and effectively. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Club Med Academy—a platform designed to help agents maximise their potential.”

Advisors who complete modules will earn Club Med Loyalty Points, which bring them closer to earning complimentary stays at Club Med resorts. The platform also includes a community engagement feature, enabling agents to interact and share insights with each other. Upon completing all 11 modules, agents will receive an official Club Med certification, showcasing their proficiency in the brand’s products and services.

The launch comes amid growing demand for travel services, according to Club Med Pacific General Manager Michelle Davies. “The success of our Early Bird Sale 2026 openings saw a remarkable 105% year-on-year increase in indirect sales,” she said.

“This highlights not only the growing demand for this essential service across the travel industry but the dedication of our valued travel partners. With travel demand continuing to rise, now is the perfect time for agents to engage with Club Med Academy, enhance their expertise, and seize new opportunities.”

Travel agents can register for Club Med Academy via the Club Med for Travel Agents Portal, with new content added regularly to keep up with evolving business needs.
