Nobu Hospitality to expand hotel portfolio in 2025

The hospitality firm has shared details of the hotels it will open this year

Nobu Hospitality will continue to expand its global footprint in 2025 with a series of new hotel openings around the world.

Among the highlights is the highly-anticipated Nobu Hotel Toronto, perched above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory in the city’s vibrant Entertainment District. Set to open in summer 2025, the hotel will feature 36 luxurious guest rooms and suites, with a bi-level Nobu restaurant offering a bar, lounge, sushi bar, and private dining rooms. Guests will also enjoy outdoor terraces and stunning views of Lake Ontario.

Nobu’s first hotel in Italy, Nobu Hotel Roma, is also set to open in summer 2025. Located on the iconic Via Veneto, the hotel merges the grandeur of two 19th-century buildings with Nobu’s signature Japanese minimalism. Offering 122 guest rooms and suites, including the expansive 500 sqm Nobu Suite, the property will provide a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of Rome’s skyline, a full-service spa, a world-class fitness centre, and an exclusive Nobu restaurant. The hotel’s private club lounge will also feature curated music experiences.The expansion will continue with Nobu Hotel Al Khobar, to debut on the city’s waterfront in 2025, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. This new destination will feature 120 rooms and suites, along with the renowned Nobu restaurant, serene swimming pools, and state-of-the-art meeting spaces.Nobu will also launch Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans, the brand’s third property in collaboration with Caesars Entertainment. This hotel, located within the reimagined Caesars Tower, will offer 54 elegantly designed rooms and suites, with riverfront views and easy access to the vibrant French Quarter.
