Bookings have opened for Burj Al Arab’s little sister ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, beginning 14 March 2025.
Positioned adjacent to Burj Al Arab, the resort blends modern design with warm hospitality, offering a combination of comfort, style and amazing experiences on Dubai’s golden peninsula.
The property features 386 rooms and suites, 4 penthouses and 82 exclusive residences, all with nautical-inspired designs and spacious terraces, and a private marina. All rooms, suites and penthouses feature elevated 4-metre-high ceiling heights, with many rooms featuring 11-metre-wide floor-to-ceiling balcony windows.
Jumeirah Masra Al Arab offers 10 restaurants and 9 bars, serving Mediterranean, Asia, Japanese and Indian cuisine.

The property was announced in 2021 and was initially expected to debut in 2023.
Opening week rates start at AU$1,835 per room, increasing to AU$2,537 until early May 2025, before falling to as low as AU$1,054 in mid-May, and dropping to a low of AU$742 in June, July and August.
