Heavens Portfolio, an Asia-based leader in luxury travel representation, has expanded into Australia and New Zealand with the opening of its 18th office, located in Melbourne.
Established nearly 20 years ago by Christine Galle-Luczak, Heavens Portfolio has offices spread across Asia, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Recently, the firm expanded its footprint into the GCC region by acquiring The Travel Collection and forming a merged entity, The Travel Portfolio. Most
recently, Heavens introduced its presence in the European French-speaking markets out of Switzerland.
This latest strategic move responds to the significant growth in Australian luxury outbound travel, as travellers from Australia and New Zealand increasingly seek unique, high-end travel experiences.

Leading Heavens Portfolio Australia is industry expert Chrissie Lincoln, who will manage the team in representing a global portfolio of luxury Hotels and Resorts.
“With my two decades of global sales experience at Swire Hotels and Aman, this is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate closely with our partners and clients to enhance awareness and drive sales in the ever growing Australian and New Zealand market,” said Lincoln, Managing Director of Heavens Portfolio Australia/New Zealand.
While Lincoln will be stepping down from her role at Swire Hotels at the end of 2024, she will continue to represent the group in her new role with Heavens Portfolio.Dean Winter, Managing Director of Swire Hotels, remarked, “We are honoured to be among Chrissie’s first clients as she embarks on this new venture with Heavens Portfolio Australia and remains a key member of the Swire Hotels family.”
