Signature Travel Network has begun its annual Owners’ Meeting in Montreal, taking place at Le Westin Montreal, from 4 to 7 September 2024. This year’s meeting will welcome more than 460 Signature Agency Owners, Preferred Partners and Signature leaders. The annual gathering serves as a crucial platform for networking, strategic planning and celebrating the cooperative’s achievements.
“We’re thrilled to bring our Signature family together in the vibrant city of Montreal,” said Alex Sharpe, President and CEO of Signature Travel Network. “This meeting is the event of the year for many members of our Signature family, offering a time to celebrate our successes, chart our course for the future, and most importantly, strengthen the bonds that make our network so special.”

There is a lot to celebrate with 15% growth in preferred partner sales in 2024 compared to 2023. This growth translates to more than 1.7 million people travelling with a preferred partner in 2024, each of who will enjoy the exclusive benefits that come with planning their vacation with a member of Signature Travel Network.
A highlight of this year’s meeting will be the annual charity auction dinner for Travel Elevates, Signature’s foundation arm, scheduled for Friday 6 September. All donations will support the funding of 2025 Travel Elevates Global Impact Grants. In the past 18 months, over US$1 million has been funded for community projects. In 2024, seven grants were awarded in Africa, Cambodia, Honduras, Panama, Thailand and Mexico, focusing on early childhood education, career development (with an emphasis on women business owners), sustainable farming and a technology centre. The foundation also provided emergency aid to three Maui nonprofits to help with wildfire relief.
“We are proud to continue our tradition of giving back to the communities that rely on travel and tourism for economic stability and development,” said Sharpe. “The charity auction dinner is Travel Elevates’ largest in-person fundraiser for the year, and we’re excited to see the impact we can make together.”

Ryan Hansen, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bon Voyage Travel and Signature Board of Directors Treasurer, emphasised the importance of the event: “The Signature Owners’ Meeting is by far the most anticipated meeting of the year for our agency. We always look forward to cultivating relationships with key supplier partner decision-makers as well as learning more about the tremendous Signature tools and resources. Above all else, we value the sharing of best practices among fellow Signature agency owners as we collectively work to grow our individual businesses.”
Signature Travel Network empowers its members with innovative tools, exclusive partnerships and collaborative opportunities. Its 2024 Owners’ Meeting is just one of many network and community opportunities for members and travel professionals.
