Scenic Group has re-launched an enhanced rewards program to reward trade partners for every ocean, river and land journey booking made across the Scenic Group portfolio of brands. This includes Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises & Tours.
Members are automatically assigned a reward number in their booking profile. They just need to sign in via the new Scenic Group Dashboard and start redeeming. Members will also be allocated any pre-COVID points balance, along with points on all bookings made since January 2021 through to the launch in March 2024.
The key features of the revitalised Scenic Group Rewards
- Automatically earn points on all Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises & Tours extensive portfolio of itineraries
- Earn 25% of nett booking value at time of deposit, balance once guests return
- Bonus Launch Promotion – Book to earn $100 per deposited points per booking on any Scenic Eclipse booking made up to 30 June

Scenic reports that the program has had a great uptake of travel advisors logging in since launch on 14 March 2024. Advisors not logged in and already using the new Scenic Group Dashboard can access the Scenic Group Rewards tile and complete the enrolment process. A Scenic Group Rewards Member ID will be automatically assigned, which can be located by clicking ExpressBook Agency Management tile.
Travel advisors who have signed in Scenic Group Rewards have already redeemed thousands of points for items such as a large-screen television, outdoor furniture, and hundreds of gift cards, fuel vouchers, consumer electronics such as headphones and Bluetooth speakers. Members have used the Visa gift cards to redeem against Industry rate bookings on Scenic Eclipse or Emerald Yacht cruise and towards the cost of their flights.
