The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has opened bookings for its first season operating its entire fleet of three superyachts.

Having launched in October last year with Evrima, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is now accepting bookings for not only Ilma, slated for delivery in 2024, but Luminara which had its first steel cut in mid-2023. The subsequent yachts are significantly larger in capacity to Evrima, which accommodates up to 298-guests. Ilma has a capacity of 448 passengers, and Luminara 452 – a bump of more than 50%.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection continues to build on its success signifying continued growth and offering more opportunities for luxury travellers to enjoy unforgettable getaways at sea.

“With Luminara, we are not just adding another superyacht to our fleet; we are expanding the horizons of ultra-luxury travel,” said Jim Murren, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

Luminara, derived from Latin origin and meaning “light,” will measure 242 metres and comprise 226 spacious suites, each boasting a private ocean-view terrace. Luminara will encompass an airy assortment of larger suites akin to Ilma. The onboard experience will feature curated and evolving world-class dining, an extensive wine collection, a signature Ritz-Carlton Spa, and an expanded dynamic marina providing direct and seamless access to the sea. Among its range of upper-suite categories will be a new expansive accommodation, The Residential Suite.

Slated to make its maiden voyage on 1 July 2025, Luminara will embody yet a new twist of contemporary craftsmanship and refined interior design envisioned by Chapi Chapo Design, the internationally acclaimed Toronto-based luxury design firm, AD Associates, the renowned London-based architectural and design firm, and celebrated lighting designer DPA.
