A record-breaking number of travel advisors and partners will assemble in Las Vegas next week for Signature Travel Network’s Annual Conference, including 730 first-time attendees.
The “sold-out” conference will take place at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas from 6-9 November, with 2,585 in attendance, including a record member number of members at 1,652 – around 300 more than the previous benchmark set in 2019.

The conference will be staged a the Venetian Convention & Expo Center. During the multi-day event, attendees will have the opportunity to be educated, lean into conversations and celebrate successes and partnerships with other Signature members and partners.

In 2023, Signature Travel Network is welcoming 58 all-new preferred partners, the vast majority of which are in the hotel & resort space, along with representatives from tourism boards, destination specialists and airlines.
There will be 568 different companies represented. By the numbers, this year’s conference will include:
- 8 airline partners
- 36 cruise lines
- 45 land and specialty operators
- 61 destination specialists
- 78 tourism boards
- 319 hotels and resorts
- alongside several representatives from Business Services, Car & Limo operators, Insurance and Travel services
A series of pre-assigned appointments over two days will involve 559 partners and 1,539 travel advisors, for a collective of some 49,250 appointments – which is yet another new record for the luxury consortia. Each advisor will make 32 meaningful connections during their appointment schedule. There is also time for open networking between delegates.
In 2023, Signature Travel Network has abandoned timekeeping clocks on screens in favour of trialing a flashing wristband system for members that will use lights to alert delegates when an appointment is beginning, is underway, and warns when it is about to conclude. A different colour will then display between appointments.

A highlight of the Annual Conference will be the celebration dinner at Las Vegas’ newest and most exciting venue, The Sphere. Launched just over one month ago by Irish rock group U2, Signature Travel Network is the first private group to takeover The Sphere entertainment and music arena.
TravelManagers Australia will be represented with five executives including Joe Araullo, CEO; Grant Campbell, CCO; Troy Coelho, Operations Manager; PTM and Julianne Gazal-Rizk, PTM.
“I’m looking forward to connecting with the new luxury providers to the program and building on the relationships formed at last year’s event,” Coelho told LATTE. “This year, we also have a small group of personal travel managers joining us who are excited to be attending the sold-out event.”
LATTE is thrilled to be attending Signature Travel Network’s Annual Conference as the luxury consortia’s sole media representative from Australia, and only media from overseas. Stay tuned next week for exclusive coverage.
