Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will next month break ground on a new luxury property in Nashville, Tennessee. The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville will be the first property for the group in the US State and is being developed in partnership with Congress Group and AECOM Capital.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville will include a five-star, full-service luxury hotel with 236 keys, a world-class spa and an array of fitness amenities. The 165-metre-tall building will also offer for sale luxury residences to be managed by Four Seasons.
