Atout France Roland-Garros, in partnership with AccorHotels, Emirates, Lacoste and La Maison du Thé, organised a Soirée epitomizing art de vivre in Paris and its Region on Monday night.
With 400 guest attending, the gala dinner proved indeed to be a tour de force – to increase the number of Australian travellers to Paris Region from 560,000 in 2017.
A VIP-studded guest list included tennis legend Ken Rosewall and Francophile, historian & former Wallaby Peter FitzSimons. Together with celebrities such as Catriona Rowntree, they marvelled at the Moulin Rouge dancers and acrobat. A wonderful dinner, “bistronomy” style by Alain Ducasse’s brigade, was on the menu, as well as a “sports chic” fashion show by Lacoste.
