Travelmarvel’s new Vietnam and Cambodia River Cruising brochure for 2016/17 has launched and according to Executive General Manager David Cox, it offers more value for money than any other premium cruising and touring programme in the region:

“Our new programme continues to offer exceptional experiences, comprehensive inclusions and outstanding premium accommodation. In addition, guests cruise aboard one of the highest quality ships on the Mekong and also enjoy lots of flexibility to explore the destination on their own terms. But what really makes it stand out is the price. We have carefully priced the programme from just $275 per day and we believe Travelmarvel offers more value for money than other premium operators in this destination.”

Travelmarvel’s new 68-page brochure is available now and offers a choice of 35 departures across 11 itineraries. While the mainstay of the programme is Vietnam and Cambodia, Travelmarvel’s brochure also offers itineraries that feature Myanmar, China, India and Sri Lanka.

At the heart of Travelmarvel’s Mekong program is the rivership, RV La Marguerite, a luxurious vessel with just 46 French colonial-inspired suites. Facilities include two air-conditioned lounges, a sun deck with bar and pool, a spa, and a fitness centre. The staff to guest ratio is 2:1 ensuring guests receive exceptional personalised service.

The leading itinerary for 2016/17 is the ’12-day Essential Vietnam and Cambodia’. Priced from just $3295* per person, twin share, the trip commences with two nights at the Shinta Mani Resort in Siem Reap, where sightseeing includes the chance to explore the World Heritage-listed Angkor Archaeological Park. From Siem Reap, guests then embark on an 8-day cruise on the Mekong River aboard the RV La Marguerite, taking in Phnom Penh, floating villages, local temples and a Buddhist blessing. On arrival in Vietnam guests spend two nights at the Grand Saigon Hotel, the base from which they explore Saigon and the nearby Cu Chi Tunnels.

Travelmarvel continues to offer comprehensive inclusions which cover all accommodation; all internal flights within Asia, a Travelmarvel Tour Director and expert local guides; most meals; international wine, local beer and spirits included with lunch and dinner; and all port charges, entry fees, tipping and airport transfers.

For 2016/17 Travelmarvel is offering a choice of three Earlybird Specials including a ‘Fly Free, including Taxes’ on all Vietnam, Myanmar or India cruise holidays of 12 days or longer; ‘Companion Fly Free, including taxes’ on select Vietnam, China or Sri Lanka holidays; and a $500 solo air credit, again on select itineraries.

These are strictly limited offers and agents are advised to book early. Offers are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.
