Executive Chef at The Langham, London, Chris King, in consultation with Michel Roux Jr. has launched SNAX, a new tapas style menu at the ‘World’s Best Bar’, Artesian.
Inspired by ingredients from the recent ‘Surrealism’ cocktail menu, SNAX comprises 14 dishes ranging from ‘blue prawns, coconut, avocado’ to ‘Japanese Bloody Mary macarons’ which are designed to be small sharing plates.
Artesian at The Langham, London was crowned World’s Best Bar at The World’s 50 Best Bar Awards for the third consecutive year in 2014.
